Effective Retention

Our site staff perform monthly phone check-ins with the subjects in between their visits to see how they are handling the IP

To make our patients feel valued in the trial, our investigator(s) stop by for most visits just to say hello and briefly check in with the patient in person

If the patient seems unmotivated or wishes to withdraw, we will call the subject in for a coffee to discuss and assistant in any way to keep the subject in the trial, even if it’s on a reduced visit schedule
