Effective Retention

  • Our site staff perform monthly phone check-ins with the subjects in between their visits to see how they are handling the IP

  • To make our patients feel valued in the trial, our investigator(s) stop by for most visits just to say hello and briefly check in with the patient in person

  • If the patient seems unmotivated or wishes to withdraw, we will call the subject in for a coffee to discuss and assistant in any way to keep the subject in the trial, even if it’s on a reduced visit schedule
